The fee will be £750.00 plus I'm afraid VAT.
For this you will receive one master VHS tape starting with titles, music, flowers in the church etc. Scene setting. The arrival of all the guests, ending with the arrival of the bride. With the vicars permission, the whole service. (My position in the church is decided by him, with some pressure from me) signing the register and leaving the church.
During the photo session after the wedding I will be covering the guests rather more than the bride and groom while the formal shots are being taken by the stills man, and we end that section with the couple driving away.
Starting again as and when able at the reception with more "floating" coverage followed by some of the meal, cutting the cake and all the speeches.
Ending after these unless by prior arrangement.
On average the tape runs for 2 to 2 1/2 hour. It is determined by what needs filming, and my discretion as to how long each section can hold the viewer without becoming boring. It is also very tied to the length of the service and the speeches.
You may be assured that we will film everything that you yourself would film were you doing it.
I must also point out that we specialise in being very discreet and just get on with it without making a big drama out of the proceedings.
The wedding video will be filmed on a professional Digital system and put onto VHS or DVD for you. The master tapes may be bought for the cost price of the tapes, this will allow you to store them safely. Copies should come from these masters not the VHS copies in order to keep maximum quality.
These tapes will be held for no longer than three months after the wedding.
Should you wish me to film this for you I have enclosed the booking form on the relevant word attachment. Upon receipt of your deposit, I will ring and confirm your booking.
You are not booked unless you have confirmation from me.
It would also be helpful if you are sending maps to guests for you to send me one together with any other relevant information.
During the meal it would also be appreciated if you could arrange for some sort of food,(its a long day for me as well).
